  • boiling water

How do we prepare this Bonairean recipe?

Now that summer starts, we want to share a fun & yummy recipe to make with your kids! And what is more colourful and fun than jelly?

First create your colourful jello by following the instructions on the bak of your flavoured gelatin packets. If you use glass baking dishes it will be easier to remove the jelly as it is a nonstick surface.

Once the gelatin is set, you can cut it in small cubes with a sharp knife and use a spatula to transfer the cubes into a bigger baking dish, where all the colour cubes will be evenly combined.

Then, using the 2 unflavoured packs of gelatin, a can of condensed milk and water, you will wisk a milky mixture that is then cooled and poured over the coloured cubes. It is very important to take the time to cool the mixture.

Once everything is mixed, refrigerate until firm. This will take about 4 hours.

Slice and above all, enjoy!!
